Get a firsthand look at what God is doing among least-reached Deaf in the Middle East by joining a small but growing Deaf church reaching out to the Deaf in their area.

Note: This trip is open to both Deaf and Hearing believers who love the Deaf. Proficiency in American Sign Language is a must (not ASL fingerspelling as it cannot be understood those who use other sign languages). Knowledge of Universal Signs is helpful. Willingness to try to pick up local signs and communicate is essential.

Sample Itinerary:
March 18: Arrive in country.
March 19: Orientation/training by field leader.
March 20: Meet with the Deaf for a Bible lesson and meal.
March 21: First day of Nowruz (Persian New Year holiday). Gather with the Deaf for Nowruz meal and Bible lesson.
March 22. Deaf church and meal.
March 23: Boat trip, weather-permitting.
March 24: Outing with the Deaf at the Deaf cafe.
March 25: Invite Deaf people to church space for meal and Bible lesson.
March 26-27: Meet with Deaf individually or in small groups after work for coffee and connection.
March 28: Depart from country.
