Discover: Middle East (Eid al-Adha)
Get a firsthand look at what God is doing among least-reached Deaf in the Middle East by joining a small but growing Deaf church reaching the Deaf in their area.

Note: This trip is open to both Deaf and Hearing believers who love the Deaf. Proficiency in American Sign Language is a must (not ASL fingerspelling as it cannot be understood those who use other sign languages). Knowledge of Universal Signs is helpful. Willingness to try to pick up local signs and communicate is essential.
May 25: Arrive in country.
May 26: Orientation/training by field leader.
May 27: First day of Eid al-Adha, a national holiday. Meet Deaf at church for meal and Bible lesson.
May 28: Picnic at park with 20 or so Deaf people.
May 29 Outing to Deaf cafe.
May 30: Deaf church and meal.
June 1/2: Meet Deaf individually or in small groups after work for coffee and connection.
June 3: Depart from country.
