Pray that the Evangelical Press Association Convention will be a beneficial time of learning and connection for our editor.

Lift up the Christar mobilizers heading to the EDM Conference, a gathering of campus ministry and collegiate church staff who desire to get back to the core of the Great Commission. Ask God to work through them to encourage participants in their efforts to share the gospel, make disciples and get others involved in God’s global work.

Pray that CMCUS staff will be blessed and refreshed on Staff Appreciation Day, when some personnel will meet for fellowship and fun at an arboretum, and all will enjoy a day off from work.

Ask God to bring more believers interested in serving through Christar to this year’s remaining New Personnel Orientations in June and September.

Pray for continued wisdom and grace for the Finance and Advancement divisions as they navigate numerous transitions.

Thank God that several families have received the financial support and visas they need to head to their fields of service. Lift them up during this season of transition, praying they will have perseverance and courage as they get settled and learn the language.

Continue to pray for a family whose visas have been denied. Ask God to guide them and give them patience as they explore ministry options.

Ask God to provide a volunteer team to assist with child care at the July RENEW debriefing retreat.

Pray that the Virtual Missions Kit (for churches) and the Ministry Expansion Kit (for cross-cultural workers) will help more of the Body of Christ participate in the Great Commission through virtual volunteering. Pray these resources will be widely used and ultimately result in more effective ministry around the world.
