Pray for good collaboration as the mobilizers and pre-field coaches gather for training retreats. Lift up those teaching sessions, praying for wisdom as they prepare, and ask that these teams will have joy in learning together.

Praise the Lord for potential new workers who are considering coming to New Personnel Orientation in January. Pray for endurance in completing the application process, and ask God to guide them as they seek his direction.

Praise the Lord for bringing a new coach to our pre-field coaching team. Lift her up as she learns new processes and begins connecting with workers preparing for their first term of service.

Rejoice that several new workers left for the field in July! Ask the Lord to give them grace as they adjust to life on the field and to give them good connections with least-reached people in their communities.

Ask the Lord to guide in assembling the Board Nominating Committee for 2027.

Praise God for providing two new mobilizers! Pray for a smooth onboarding process and lift them up as they begin serving, based in Texas and South Dakota.
