We can’t do this alone.

Every part of our efforts to cultivate Christ-honoring transformation in least-reached communities requires God’s provision, guidance and strength. This includes the ministry of the Christar Mobilization Center U.S. (CMCUS) as we recruit and equip new workers and serve those already on the field. Please join us in prayer!

July Events

Please pray for our staff on these key dates!

  • July 12-14: Mobilizers teach at the IT Project
  • July 21-13: Intensive website planning consultation
  • July 27-31: RENEW Debriefing Retreat

July Inner Circle Requests

Lift up two mobilizers who will be teaching and meeting with students at the IT Project,
The Traveling Team's summer training program for college students, focused on God’s
heart for the world.

Pray for wisdom as numerous staff members begin working on an updated Christar
website, especially during a three-day intensive planning consultation.

Pray for the member care staff preparing for the RENEW debriefing retreat at Lake
Texoma, asking that all of the last-minute logistics will come together smoothly. Lift up
the 18 field workers attending, as well as their children, asking that they will be
encouraged and feel seen and supported.

Praise God for our accountant, who is retiring this month after 40 years of faithful
service with Christar, first in South Asia and then in the CMCUS. Ask God to bless her
richly as she steps into this new season!

Lift up our short-term coordinator as she connects with our field workers to determine
what short-term opportunities we will offer in 2027. Pray for wisdom in planning
opportunities that give participants a taste of ministry among the least-reached.*

Praise the Lord for all who participated in New Personnel Orientation and Pre-Field
Orientation in June. Pray for them as they continue to take steps toward full-time
ministry in least-reached communities, and ask Him to provide their full support.

Ask the Lord to provide needed visas for new workers eager to leave for their first term
of service. Pray for patience and peace for them as they wait on God’s timing and
guidance.

*least-reached: those without access to a church that proclaims the gospel in their language and in a way that’s relevant in their culture.
