Cultivating Christ-honoring communities and cultivating care for the environment can go hand in hand. Least-reached peoples live in particular ecosystems with particular beauties and challenges. As Christar workers use their skills in science, engineering, agriculture and business, they have uncovered new avenues for ministry such as:
- Access to clean water
- Aquaponics (a complementary system of raising plants and fish)
- Renewable energy
- Environmental disaster relief
Workers who can bless least-reached communities through creative environmental projects are often welcomed even in areas most Christian workers can’t enter. You can help others become stewards of creation while also serving the church.
