South Asia is home to more least-reached people groups than any other region—nearly 3,000! But it’s also a place where God is drawing least-reached people to Himself and calling believers to serve Him as church planters. A Christar Mobilization Center is being established in South Asia to partner with churches to send these believers to serve among the least-reached.
God has blessed Christar church-planting efforts in South Asia for decades, and a lot of the churches begun by Christar workers have, in turn, planted additional churches. Now many of these fellowships feel called to plant churches cross-culturally! Christar is establishing a new Mobilization Center in South Asia to recruit and equip believers from these churches, and to partner with local fellowships to send followers of Christ to serve in least-reached communities.
Your gift toward the South Asian Mobilization Project will help this new center get off the ground and become self-sustaining. Funds raised for this project will cover startup costs, including the costs of travel, communication, staff and office setup—all of which will make it possible for this center to recruit and equip South Asian believers to plant churches, and to serve these believers as they minister in least-reached communities.
Pray for the South Asian Mobilization Project:
- Praise God for bringing people in South Asia to faith in Him, and calling them to serve Him as church planters.
- Praise God for leading some of these believers to serve through Christar.
- Ask God to guide and provide as the South Asian Mobilization Center is established.
